Who I Am
Hi everyone.
My name is Waleed.
With degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and over 30 years of experience in the chemical processing industry, I’m passionate about lifelong learning and sharing acquired knowledge.
My diverse interests include personal finance, health, the sciences, and the arts.
Mission

My Mission is to share my learnings, spanning practical skills to artistic appreciation, with the aim of fostering a clearer and more profound understanding of the world.
On my title page, I express the spirit of this idea with the Latin phrase: Cognosce et Cresce (Learn and Grow).
My motivation stems from the deep satisfaction I find in the very act of learning, documenting, and sharing. In this sense, I “play to an audience of one”.
Furthermore, writing these articles improve my ways-of-working and thinking, leading to greater clarity and a belief that the world can be understood.
Ultimately, my goal is to share my discoveries in the hope that others experience similar benefits.
